Managed a £14m business reverting loss into profit within an initial 12-month period.   Key role in successful $10m private placement with US Investors. Launched spin out company, acquiring working capital and achieving circa £1m sales in first year.   Led development & delivery of new on-line gaming system resulting in £4m production orders from Ladbrokes, Corals and William Hills.  Business moved from minor player to UK market leader in 2 years.   Managed £56 million per annum UK government investment in support of the IT, electronics and general engineering industries.   Led the product development of new transistors for satellite TV receivers from concept to production (125,000/week) within 12 months.
